My wheels were already a little bent but when I hit them again they were jacked up! To make matters worse, they were discontinued by the manufacturer and I couldn't find even a single wheel in that size anywhere in the country. They were bent so badly my teeth were literally rattling as I drove. Another company told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get them straightened and that was only if they could repair them at all! You had me back on the road in 2 days! I'd like to thank Ernie for the welding and getting my egg shaped wheel round again and I'd also like to thank Tim for the bomb paint job! You guys rock!

I wanted to take a moment to express how valuable your company is to my business. I have been in the wheel business for about a year now and have been growing steadily because of the services you have been providing me.

First, and most obvious, is the quality of the wheels you produce. I have brought a wide range of damaged wheels to you, whether it be a simple scuff on the lip of a wheel or a bent, seemingly unrepairable wheel and you have turned around quality work from day one. If you are unable to fix it, you let me know up front the possibility that it may not work out, and if it doesn't, you let me know right away, not wasting either of our time.

I also have to commend you on your attention to detail and your passion to strive to make the product better each time. You have improved your processes and improved the paint/wheel repair quality to the point the wheel looks brand new when we get it back. You have done this by asking for suggestions and input from your customers, that's why the quality is the best out there, you listen to the customer!
